The responsibilities of Coaches and Managers are included in the Redbacks Coaches and Managers Manual.

Coaches & Managers Manual 2012

Coaches and Managers must also be familiar with the Redbacks Child Protection Policy and the Guidelines for Working with Children. As part of your role, you will be required to complete and submit a NSW Working with Children Check Form, which will be held securely by Redbacks and must be made available for inspection, if required, by the appropriate authorities.
