The functions of the Caringbah Redbacks Football Club are governed by our Constitution and a number of Policies.

Constitution

The Constitution of the Caringbah Redbacks is a document which governs club functions and authorities in relation to membership, committees, general meetings and a range of other activities.

Code of Conduct

All players, coaches, managers, parents/spectators, officials and administrators must be familiar with and behave in accordance with our Code Of Conduct.

Guidelines for Coaches and Officials

These guidelines provide useful information to assist coaches, managers and other officials in a number of situations.  The Caringbah Redbacks run Coaches and Managers information evenings each year to ensure people are aware of their role, how they can support their team and keep them informed and how their team is required to contribute to the running of the Club.  Any enquiries should be directed to your Age Controller.
