Our volunteer Committee is the heartbeat of the Caringbah Redbacks.
They work behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. From registering teams, rostering ground control, building training programs, to managing uniforms, running the canteen, securing sponsorships, and organising club events.

They support coaches, players and families, handle compliance and communication with the SSFA, and help shape the culture and direction of our club. It’s a big job, and we’re lucky to have a passionate team dedicated to keeping grassroots football thriving in our community.
